Why does the game say "The server does not respond" when I try to log in?
You are probably sitting behind a "firewall". It's a safety measure that protects your computer from unauthorized access. Among other things, it limits the communication with the outside world to a few standard channels -- and the Bizipoker3D client-server solution is apparently not on the approved list.

Please try configuring the firewall to accept traffic on our game ports. Please contact us if you need more information.

What should I do if I am behind a firewall?
If you are behind a firewall, you will have to configure the firewall to allow communications on the following ports that Bizipoker3D uses: 4711 and 4712.

I need more play money
Your playmoney is automatically refilled when your account gets to low.

When do I receive my cash out?
All Cash Out request are granted by a Bizipoker3D staff member before submitted to your account. This usually done within 48 hours.
